Lincoln ls fog light air inlet

In terms of power delivery on an otherwise stock system, I found that the aluminum tube/cone-type filter air induction system makes no difference at all. I say this because I had the stock system on my '02 during my first trip to ECTA racing. And I put the tube/cone filter just before the second trip. My first pass of the second trip was a duplicate of the last one on my first trip. (Sound substantially improved.) By the end of the summer, I'd added somewhere between 100 and 150 HP by the use of methanol and nitrous oxide. With those additions, there MIGHT have been a benefit to the air ducting. And that last day I set four national records in two classes.
