lincoln ls eibach pro kit springs for sale!!!!!

Hey guys I have brand new in box set of eibach pro kit srpings for ls model 02 and up. I was going to put them on my 02 ls but totaled the car before i got the chance to so now theyre just taking up space in my garage. Im asking 175.00 for the set(which we all know is way less than what you can find them on the net for). Im in san diego so if your not to far ill even meet you for transaction. Why would they fit an '02 and not '00 & '01? I was under the impression that springs are interchangable between all year LS's?
