Lincoln LS 03 brakes PLEASE HELP

Someone give me some ideas of what to go to..my brakes are squeaking like a school bus..New rotors and ceramic pads???

I bought some drilled and slotted rotors from ebay for 136 shipped (all 4) then i bought ceramic pads from autozone. I bought the most expensive ones they had. Also bought some black caliper paint. Did the whole job for under 250. Very happy with the results. I think this is what most people on here have been doing with the exception of the rotors. Some people are buying the ones from lskoncepts. Those are a lot better, hence the price difference.
