LINCOLN LS 00 V8 LH dipstick???

Finally changing Left Hand Valve cover gasket...How in hell am I suppose to lift this dipstick off of this bolt....its almost looks impossible...HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i thought the vc gaskets would be harder than they were to replace but it went very smooth thanks to this forum....but the dipstick was the worst part for me.
