Mechanic stated ac compressor is out. That i can drive, but fix soon (which i intend to, christmas i took a big hit in wallet)

Turning, i heard metal sound. Sounded like something fell off or i ran over. I parked car 10 min later, walked and retrieved (see images), the items were cold, car warm so not sure if they came from my car.

Ac clutch?

Driving car, potential damaged to serpentine/timing belts or other components?

Yes, those are AC clutch parts. They are probably from your car, but it could have been someone else.
If they where from yours, I would expect that the AC pulley may now jam or fall off. It would destroy the belt and may cause other damage. If it does, you won't go far. You'll lose the water pump (overheat very quickly), alternator, and power steering.

Thank you ... The items was cold, but ill take heed either way. Looks like car parks until next year ...
