Lights wont shut off!

So when I shut my car off or drive in it the interior and exterior mirror lights are stuck onnow..I had to change the check engine buld and only had the drivers side door open. Is there like a pin or something that gets stuck??

When the dial that dims the dash lights is all the way up it turns on the interior lights. Check it.
