Lift point plates - rear

So I've got the car up on the rack and I see that my rear lift points have these teardrop shaped plates under a big hockey puck-shaped bushing and bolted to the frame near the control arm, and one is almost completely rusted away - and I don't dare push in on the other one because I bet it's eaten up inside too.

What are these called and where do I find them? It looks like a straight unbolt/bolt fix.

Ford codes E9SZ5D022A (right) & E9SZ5D022B (left), try looking at parts.com maybe...
Direct bolt on, you're right, but the new ones will rust quickly, so need to be painted correctly and some "anti-rust" over.

AND: never use them as a lifting piont - they will break quikly, they are not for that purpose...

Snow is not a problem for the Mark - if it is perfectly prepared (full clean, servise all rust & rusty areas, phosphatise the bottom, good paint, "Anti-rust" with rubber - 2-3 years of no trouble, then repeat "Anti-rust"). Believe me - we have snow here!
The only problem could be the reagents used to eliminate ice in the roads, if it is not simple sand of sand with solt.

Rich, we get plenty of snow in the winter. Kentucky is one of the worst states - up to 100 degrees in the summer, down to 10 degrees in the winter.

10 Degrees... It's normal here, we have several days -20(F) during winter, and the same 100 in summer (right now for example).
They have them really "in stock" or in price only? Contact them first...
The Service manual for 97 says the same (but the use of special stands mentioned), but the 94 says to lift by the rear LCA behind the air spring... I prefer not to risk - anytime any detail of Mark can become "out of stock" forever...
