I can't say that the Dad comes out clean in this... but it is still a free speech issue. No question there, and however dispicable the dad my be, that doesn't justify the actions of the school.

The school is responsible for there actions thats true.
They won't discuss the specifics.
It will be interesting to watch what comes out.

We dont know for sure if it was a looney left teacher who was offened or did the shirt cause problems.

I can see them both being true.

I don't think dad will have a case if the school proves the shirt interrupted the learning environment.

Lets not kid ourselfs its the dads case he set it up to happen.

It reminds me of a 10 year old who wouldnt take off his Packer garb.
