i searched and came up with squat..How do you take out the led signals out of the housing? Pass side is fine but the first 2 are dead and the 3rd only works when it wants to on the drivers side.

yea, but how do you take the led "panel" out of the side view mirror?
i took the whole thing appart to get to the led lights on mine, it might be a easier way, but i dont know it. just get a set of the screw drivers that are shaped like stars, tourque bit screws i think they are called.

You can take just the led out there is a clip that holds it in place. You can use a straight blade screw driver. Here is a pic of what it look like without the led to get an idea. http://m.flickr.com/photo.gne?id=4480047748&
