Wire the led's to the black/white wire and the black/blue wire. I believe the black/white wire is the hot wire and the other one is the ground. Wiring it like this will make the led's flash when you open or close the car, flash with the turn signal if the parking lights are off, and turn on when the parking lights turn on.

hey, found out I had a bad wire tap. Thats why it didnt light. took the connection off and they worked. Just trying to rewire them for a final product. Thanks again

Well heres the final outcome. the glare was a little too much for my phone. thanks for all the imput. I decided not to go with the LED tail light strips. It would take to much away from the car.
