These lights are great.. verry bright..it truly feels as though it adds another 10 gran to the car... one light upfront pretty much lights up the whole interior.. i highly recommend these VLED`S ...great product. the pictures below are of the oem bulbs first then the new LED`S. oh yea.. and the rear dome light is a super blue LED if you are wondering about the different color. and the whole front is HID white... so it looks as though it fades from white to blue.. i like it .

wow looks very good, can u tell us every LED we need to do this, and maybe even a little info on removing the lenses to install the LED's

I pretty much used 212-2`s hid white led`s for the front dome lights http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/HID-...015QQitemZ250029275373QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW.. this gave me the most trouble to get into to change the lights.. i tried using the directions on the lskoncepts website but i stopped half way through and used a flat head jewelers screwdriver and pryed from the back of the front light REALLY CAREFULLY.. and then eventually worked the front 2 clips out. ..then the rear dome like was really easy .. i removed that with my hand.. and i used a 212-2 super blue led for that one .. for the door panels i used the 194 hid white, 6 led clusters http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2-HI...goryZ33713QQihZ019QQitemZ8057456474QQtcZphoto.. and for that .. the lens u can just pop right out with a jewelers flat head screwdriver. and i used some 2 led hid white led`s for the footwells http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2-HI...ryZ33713QQihZ015QQitemZ250024660203QQtcZphoto.. i must say.. dont pry too much on the front dome light assy because you can break it so just work the rear 2 clips out then work the front 2 with your hand.. or just use the tech article on the lskoncepts website .. there are some varad led`s on cardomain that are cheaper but i dont know what kind of light it produces so its your choice.. so all in all.. 212-2 and 194 led`s

we only need one 212-2 LED for each dome light correct? one for the front, one for the back.... or is it two for front, two for back

How are these different from the led bulbs that were on these lists before.
I just yanked out a couple of them from the front since they died in August about three days apart, now the rear is dim & flickering and I don't have another regular bulb to stick in.
I was disappointed in how long the ones I had lasted, so are these really different and what will make them last longer than the ones I had???

which brand of led do you have? this is the first set i am trying so i have no idea of the life of these bulbs .. they are vled`s and i really know nothing about any other brand and i`m just monitoring the life of these now... i also have the stock bulbs that i took out just in case anything.

ive had mine in for over a year now.. i got the Varads tho... the site says they have an average life span of over 100,000 hours

mine look a little different and I still have a couple more. They were also supposed to last something like a 100,000 hours, but got no where near that.

I'll try to get a couple of minutes to snap a picture and post them.

What makes the Varad's so much better than the other LED's available.

Oh i dont have the varad led`s. i have vleds`s... i know nothing about the varads.. i paid about 10 bucks each for the 212-2 led`s and i`m not sure low long they are supposed to last... post a link for the ones you have.

i ordered mine last week before he posted the pics.. hope they arent on back order when u order.. i ordered mine friday and it cost 64 for everything including shipping and the lights.. it got sent out the same day so i should have it soon..

as far as how it looks .. looks really nice.. props on the work.. was it hard to install on certain bulbs? let me know..

lastly.. do u have tints? if so what percentage.. can u take a picture of ur car wit all the lights on inside.. does it make a diff. to the ppl outside? can u see inside the car? and how does that fading from white to blue look as well.. let me know.

thanks in advance

thanx man... i will take some pics tonight from outside with the lights on.. and i have no tint .. and yea you can definitely see the difference from outside.. got a couple compliments already. with the whole fade to blue thing.. i like it .. it kinda gives away the whole stock look, but i wanted something different. it pretty much looks like the front is white and the back is blue. as for the level of difficulty.. not hard at all.. i posted earlier about the whole process .. just scroll up a bit and u`ll see it.. oh yea and my lil 6 yr old brother in law went crazy last night when he got in the car... he was all fascinated with the blue light at the back .. so if he noticed it, i guess its very noticable... hope u get u`r lights soon man... take it easy...

i figured someone may have said that it looked that way because of the blue led in the back, but it really doesn`t stand out that much. trust me, i know how the led kits that some guys install look inside with the cockpit bright as he{{ drivin down the street. i hate that. if my lights were all white it would pass for stock; just brighter. i just wanted blue in the back to actually see how the actual led color looks, and also to try something different. also remember that the only time you will see the blue is when the car is unlocked. otherwise to see something while driving, only one white led will be lit. its your personal preference though, and i know i dont have a civic :) just testing stuff to see if i like it or not. know what i mean?

Is it just me or does it seem like lexmark is always having something smart to say or being a dcik to everyone. He bitches about every mod and always is the first to absh someone. Arent you a 16 year old kid. If I remember correct. All I want to know is why cant you just get on here and not be a dcik. Just my .02 cents, anyone else agree with this.

Hey, now! I resent that, and certainly don't agree. In fact, I was planning on posting pics of my first "mod" after I pick up my car (what I hope will be) tomorrow. Not all mods are bad. Plus, I even gave props to ToddG(eezer) in the "Nicest LS" topic. You fail. :)
