led conversion tail lights

I want to customize my tail lights to leds. Where should I start looking? I don't want to build from scratch but I iwll if I have to. does anyone have a write up or a link.. or better yet any first hand experience?

You can try to simply replace the bulbs with LEDs from SuperBright LEDs, or you can try the new spider lights that just came out in the past year or so.

This is for my pontiac, its got a center taillight that doesn't light up.. so I wanna throw led's in there and also the orig tail lights... so I am I guess looking for something flat and.. would it be cheaper to buy a curcuit board and a bunch of bulbs? it should be too hard to make it right? I am pretty tecnhical.

this guy sells led some that are just plug`n`play ,

I replaced all my tail lights, in my 2000 Town Car.
