Leak & cracked cowl pins

So my cowl has a small leak onto the drivers side header on the 3.0. If water runs down the windshield it goes straight through. Is this simply called the cowl gasket? Also after changing my cabin air filter the cowl pins are so dry they just cracked off. They look simple enough to be found in any auto store but a little different. Is this the case or do I have to get them from ford?

as for the "pins" you can find them in several places, but they're not cheap...for what they are.

Go to Home Depot for the pins.

Or is it Lowes? I can't remember.

You know, this was on my mind today after installing new bulbs in all the rears today,
as I was heading out ... I just didn't want to come back inside and restart the PC to look the size up.

Home depot/Lowes is cheap, the also carry the push style, I bought a bunch......

But now I can't find them.

Yep, I get the push pins and shave the sides of the insert to make it fit, 2 for $1
I take old ones in good shape from other places and move them and install more permanent rivets in places that don't get removed much.
