Lagging

when I get to 40mph i het a little lag then when I get to 60mph laggs major stops when I switch over to 4th gear or just foot to the pedal and ride it out any thoughts? and sorry if someone aleady posted some thing like this

well i have no idea what he is trying to describe, but i bet you its the problem, along with VCG's, plugs, degas bottle, dccv, clockspring......
