Hi everyone an other question for the pro's when I put my shift arm on P or R or on D it give me a kick almost look like I got a low rider what can do that?? Thanks taking time to read this!!

I have that same issue only in reverse tho
To me it only happens when rpms are above 1k at idle it doesn't really happen

Let the car idle for a couple seconds until it drops below 1k. Shifting at a high idle is hard on everything.

If it does it at low idle it is a symptom of a solenoid problem.

If you are talking about a jerk, then your solenoid assembly in the transmission needs to be replaced. If you are talking about how the car squats or rises a little in the back, then that is a completely normal feature of rear wheel drive.

Thank you guy and its a big job to replace solenoid assembly??

Remove transmission pan. Remove Solenoid assembly. Reverse for reinstall. Pretty straightforward. But there is no trans dipstick/fill tube. Needs to be pumped in from the innerplug.
