K&N filter for Mark VIII

I have a used K&N panel filter for the 93-98 Mark VIII. About 10k-15k miles on it, it has never been recharged. Brand new these are $40+ i'm asking for half that plus whatever the shipping is.

Is it due for a recharge? How long do they go before they need that?

Usually 50k miles but I would reccomend recharging it anyway.
