There is nothing new about the idea of a carputer. I like the idea, but the end result of what you posted leaves much to be desired for me.

A smaller screen and a better fit and finish would have gone a long way. I always liked the idea of putting the drives/guts above the glove box compartment, and then just worrying about having a nice finish to the touch screen. Maybe one of these days when I have spare time

I prefer to not have my computer where my cup holder should be and vice versa. That just doesn't look comfortable to drive with. Cool idea but the execution and delivery could use some work.
