Just picked up a 1992 Signature Series TC

Hi, I just bought a 1992 towncar and it seems to run and drive fine but there are a few concerns.

Air bag light flashes on and off

lights at night seem to flicker/dimish even if I press on the gas

fuel gauge seems to be way off?

manual climate control AC only works on HI?


***The car has 166,000 miles is there anything I need to do to make sure the engine continues to last? Is this high for an original engine?***
