so that the fan doesn't drain the battery while the tune is in the process of being loaded since you car has to sit there with the ignition turned on BUT not running.

Not to mention if you have leaky fuel injectors = bad juju. And if the voltage droops too low while programming, you'll end up with a FUBARed ECM.

Well you sir, need to address that issue. Everything is running smooth over here on my end tho, minus a hickup with the speed limiter not being removed but its being addressed right now. Threw more timing at it, pulls quite well, got shat on my an LS2 GTO right after I uploaded the tune haha, just wanted to go have some fun, I knew I would lose anyways.

Nice. You need gears too. That would've really surprised that GTO.

I did remedy the issue as soon as I got home. Big keg can of Heineken, 3 captain cokes, 2 glasses of jameson, and a couple shots of cuervo 1800. My head hurts a little this morning.
