Just a quick question

Is there a market for airbags? I was told that someone was rencently busted for selling stolen airbags to collition repair shops for outragious prices and that I should check with the local shops to try and sell mine. Is this true?? I was just going to scrap them, is there honestly a business out there willing pay for undeployed airbags??

EDIT: I was told that most large slavage yards are willing to purchase them aswell.

Id call em up and ask them if they are buying or not. Otherwise you can always use ebay

Well considering airbags can cost up to and over $100 to replace I would imagine there is a decent market. I am looking to get a decent price for mine. Not sure where yet...Ebay is likely.

ok, thanks guys! Im going to call up the local scrap yard and see what i can get for the drivers bag&cover, passenger bag&cover, side bags, and all modules. Ill let you know what i find out Falec

Nahhh! Instead use them to blow up watermelons, pumpkins, microwaves, etc. There are lots of videos on youtube on the subject
