Is this the same thing as the Home Depot front lip?

Found this on Ebay & it appears to be them selling the same thing as one of the members on here that got it from Home Depot. The page also has a link to instructions for installing.

Has anyone tried to use this lip on the side of the vehicle? If it looks good on the front maybe it would give it a lower looking appearance on the side too.
