Nope, Geno's doesn't have that stupid bar thing going down the middle. It's completely open.

That looks like the stocker. The C&L unit doesn't have the four bolt holes for mounting to the stock airbox.

That is the stock mass air, might not be a bad upgrade for 5.0 engines...
