Is this the box i need to run sirius?

i recently upgraded my 03 THX nav to an 04 with the software upgrade but now i need to buy the actual sirius components...is that what i need?

That looks like the one, but the price is a bit high. As I've mentioned earlier, my dealer offered it to me at $325 installed.

How did you upgrade yours? I was told I couldn't do it on my 03. Is your a late year 03?

yeah i work in a dealership so i was able to get the software but they had send out for it. You have to read the back of the headunit and then get that seriel code
