Is this Cobra intake manifold worth it?

The guy wants $100 shipped but it doesn't come with the lower intake manifold. Is it worth it?

I *think* I recently saw just a lower on the corral, might want to check over there. They do come up once in awhile if you've got a lot of patience.

I have just the upper of a Cobra or 500 intake. Its a prototype though. Finding the bottom will probably never happen. Would be cool if I had both. If installed though I would add about 50lbs to my curb weight!
