The A/C discharge line on my 98 is being held together by rust and a prayer. It's the one that hangs down in front of the engine and gets the brunt of the weather. Rock Auto used to list one for 97, but not 98. Now I see the 97 is gone and all I can find is 96 and back. The picture for the 96 looks identical to mine in every way.
Same issue is coming up for the accumulator/drier. Can't find any except for 96 and back.
Suction lines can't be found at all except used on ebay. The only line that's still widely available is the liquid line.
Are the lines really not interchangeable between years? Granted I'm not really needing A/C now, but if the parts keep disappearing I feel like I need to grab them up before they're all gone. If I have to I'll replace the whole damn system, including the compressor, with a 96.
