cobra IRS brace wont work. significantly different.
bil;letflow does make them for the t-bird/mark. i have a billetflow brace on my 03 and its a very nice piece and came with everything needed for install...even a tap to chase the threads on the diff.

SCP also sells an IRS cover brace (fits IRS Cobras, MN12s and FN10s), as well as an IRS 'pumpkin' pinion brace for the MN12s/FN10s

1 of them is a suspension brace. the other is a brace for the differential cover itself. 2 different things.
if i were drag racing id go with the diff cover brace first. other way around if i were doing open track or auto-x
i wonder if BF is making the SCP braces......
