OK-I have searched and found nothing...

I would like to know what other iPod users have done with different mounting options in their LS'.

I have mine in my console but find it a pain in the a$$ whenever I want to change anything on it. Are there other options or us?

Put it on random and just hit next on the radio or steering wheel. I just make folders with music I like and let it play on random, mine is in the center console

i leave mine locked in the glove box, and change it from the controls in the radio or on the steering wheel.

probably the #2 reason to go aftermarket (#1 being that the turd broke)

I think the 06 was the one that had a problem, they changed something in the nav that made the interface not work well with it, but 03-05 didn't have a problem.

That's my experience. I don't know, but have heard that the early 03's (not all 03's) needed a firmware update to work with satellite radio or iPOD adapters.

+1 to Loud's reply - locked and loaded in the glove box

I normally use the voice controls of my Pioneer Avic, or on rare occasion, the steering wheel controls.
