Interior lighting

Has anyone replaced the bulbs of the interior? The bulbs in the map lights, the rear rail lamps, etc.?

I looked in the owners manual but it doesn't give instructions on how to replace them. I have also looked in the service manual but again to no avail. Can this be done?
