Interior drivers side floor lighting location

I can not find the underdash or floor area lighting for the drivers side. I was able to find the passenger side lighting, The driver's side floor area is dark, there is a light there somewhere I would imagine. I can't see them not placing one there.

Lay on ur back underneath and use a flAshlight. If I remember correctly it is toward the front kind of online with the brake pedal.

Like the closer u are to the seat is where the light would be.

there is an air duct the runs over from the center console, the mount for the light is part of that duct, the light is a white plug that twist in and locks into a hole on that duct. just in case your light plug is not there, it is about 2" away from the big brass 8mm bolt and washer that hold the duct in place

EDIT: i see in your avatar that you have a 1st gen, it may be a little different but it still should be there
