That's the interior for the Wings West Lincoln LS demo car....Its from the one that has the kit (obviously) and the rear window spoiler...

agreed on cooled seat upgrade...
but its definatly a unique little part of LS/WW memorbilia that is certainly rare and to the right person may be worth it on the idea of having something different
