intake help

so i got the cobra intake put in, but the upper part dosen't clear, the big fuel pressure regualtor and somthing at the end of the fule rail are sticking up to far. i was told that the stock fuel rail would fit.

If you could get a pic, that would be cool. Is this a Gen II?

Its a gen 2
I'm having trouble posting pics. Its the vac line on the fuel rail on the left side. Its smushed under where the cobra EGR would go. I was thinking mayb I could trim the EGR port on the manifold. Also what is the best way to rig up the throttle cable brackets

what do i do about the throttle cable it's to long do i trim it do i get a cobra cable

Got e-mail, pic sucked.

You will need Cobra rails for 96-98. You will need a cobra throttle cable to get the right reach I am sure, but the Gen 2 cable I would think would work but I have not seen both side by side.

wouldn't it be easier to trim it back a little

i trimmed mine back but I TOLD YOU !! you have to get a cobra fuel rail unless you want to modify. as for the throttle cable, just try to make it work. improvise..

dose anybody know where to get the tube that runs from the IAC to the air intake tub, for the cobra intake
