Inner tie rod torque spec

Hi, I tried searching the service manual and couldn't find anything on removing the inner tie rod. If anyone can post the instructions or let me know the torque spec for the tie rod for where it connects to the steering rack it would be a great help. Thanks.

looks like 66-81 lb-ft
