inner tie rod torque spec?

Hi Everyone,

I have searched my Ford CD manual and tried a "inner tie rod" search here and nothing comes up here or the manual and would like to torque to proper spec.

You would think this would be in the manual under power steering, but it isn't. I even checked under suspension (wouldn't think it there but as a last resort)

With the small insert to hold the inner in place, has anyone still used thread sealer? Or not necessary?

spent another 35 min. searching the Ford CD manual. I checked Thunderbird and Mustang which listed the outer tie rod procedure, but nothing on the inner tie rod.

Can anyone confirm the torque specification is 55-60 lb-ft
The specs that came with the part say 35 to 50 lb-ft
