i understand they open at 3000 rpm, should you notice a difference then like a powerband is there a noticeable difference, i dont really notice a difference, but it takes off.

they are set to open when the power curves of open and closed imrc's cross. so it should be a seamless transition. i hear a slight noise change.

i always noticed mine, and according to my manual they open up at 3200
