imrc bearing size

I have been reading up on cleaning/rebuilding these things over the past few days. The ones off my new motor have been soaking in my parts washer for a day or so to loosen all the crap on them. Unfortunately the bearings at each end are locked up because the engine sat for awhile. I don't want to pull them out, destroying them in the process, only to find out that these are some odd size one off part. If they are a common size i will certainly replace them.

O.D. is .530
I.D is .310
O.L is .195
Looks like a standard sealed bearing to me but I never looked for one, a bronze one could be made easily.

That information is pure gold thank you ford nut. I hate putting a part back on an engine that i know is on it's way out.
