My air has been out for a couple months now, It seems to be suffering the usual DCCV symptoms so im going to try and replace that next weekend, Today i put the air conditioner in test mode and its spitting out 27 98 for the first set then 12 65 for the second, Does anyone know what that means?
Im assuming i have the usual DCCV problem but...

For gen I (2000-2002)
B1265 1265 Cold Air Bypass Door Actuator Circuit Failure
For gen II (2003-2006)
B1265 1265 Invalid code. Vehicle not equipped with cold air bypass door actuator. Ignore this code and continue diagnostics.
For gen I or gen II
B2798 2798 Driver Coolant Control Valve Circuit Short to Ground
Your LS is gen II, so you only have to worry about the 2798 code.
