idle / start up/ engine choke

hey all, i have this recent issue concerning the engine startup. i get this choking kinda shaking vibrations when i start my engine. it has happened three times not on the first start but after i have driven the car then restarted the engine within a half hour time frame. i thought maybe it was a cold weather issue. if anyone has experienced this before please lt me know, the vehicle is going in for service next week, but if the problem can be pointed out maybe itll save some time and help with any possible prevention. thanks all.

That is EXACTLY how a problem I had started. Mine ended up being a leaking injector. It would leak into the manifold and if you started the car when it was still warm, it would be too rich on that cylinder and stumble and miss for a bit. If you let it sit overnight, it would start fine other than the pressure had leaked off the rail. If it is an injector, it can be a pain to diagnose, but is straight forward.

i got my trac/abs sensors replaced today however they refused to replace my air flow sensor cause of my aftermarket intake from kkm and they informed me that the magnulson act or whatever doesnt matter to them if the problem is persistant ill check those out

I am having this same problem, the car shuts off sometimes when just started up after driving some time. If I put my foot on the gas then turn the engine on it doesn't shut off but still. Any ideas?
