1998 LSC 64,000 mile all original. Had a slightly high idle problem so started here. Took off the air tube, clean MAF (had already done that last year), Throttle body clean from last year, Took off IAC and cleaned it good. All back together idle speed is normal now, But slow to return to normal idle if you rev it a little. Also when driving when you come to a stop its @ 1000 rpm for a couple seconds then drops to normal. When driving and you take your foot off the gas it doesn't slow down much. Foot off the pedal at 45 mph its holding 45 or very very slowly dropping, pop it into neutral to tack jumps up 100 to 200 RPM like its idling higher then the speed your going, but one or two seconds in neutral it drops to normal. Any help would be greatly apricated. Also did check for codes probably unrelated but P1519 (IMRC stuck closed) check that out when the engine cools.
