Does anyone know where the IAT or MAT sensor plug is located. It's supposed to have two wires going to it and is located near the throttle body. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you mean the IAC Idle Air Controller? If so it is mounted to the front of the throttle body and looks like this.
BTW this image should be rotated 180 degrees clockwise.
I have also added a photo of the MAP sensor. It is the black plastic part. It mounts to the firewall behind the engine and will be mounted 90 degrees clockwise from he image shown.
