i replaced the engine, still faulty. 4 codes fuel related HELP

p1131 Lack Of HO2S Switch - Sensor Indicates Lean
p1237 Fuel Pump Secondary Circuit Malfunction

I already have all the codes description, but what could it be? it feels like it has no gas pressure. i can hear exp lotions. what should i do now? i've checked the fuel pressure and it seems ok

Something is seriously wrong. Valve timing off? Loose spark plug(s)? Stripped spark plug holes? Some seriously misaligned assembly?

actually im about to sell it but im trying to get the highest value. as it is i can get 2800 maybe 3000 but if ithe problem is the fuelpump i cant replace it for 100, and get 3500 at least
