I was getting ready to head to a fireworks demo for my stand and while driving I noticed a lot of white smoke/steam behind my car. I started to overheat, the engine reduced power, eventually the car told me to pull safely off the road. I stopped and searched for where the problem was coming from. I think that the issue is coming from where I am pointing, but I am not 100% certain. Car starts and runs, but will overheat in a very short amount of time. Its a 2003 with a V8 and 107,000 miles. It kind of looks like whatever plugs the hole just blew out? If this is the problem, what is it called so I can order a new one?

Any and all help is appreciated!

Please search. There are several threads on this. There are three plastic parts you will need at the front of the engine. You will also need to replace the degas bottle and the two main radiator hoses. All of these parts fail with in a month or two of each other. You will also need several seals. You might as well replace the thermostat while you are at it.
