I have a 2000Ls the heater blows cold on driver side and warm on passenger side .I replaced the heater control valve and still no luck

just check it and its good .Could it the heater pump above the heater control valve?

You have an unusual LS if you have a pump above the DCCV. There is an aux pump below the DCCV, but only on the V8's. It's failure would cause you to have poor heating at idle.

how long ago did you replace the DCCV? maybe one of the DCCV solenoids is jambed or gummed up. check the two hoses going to the heater core, they should be the same temp. If one is cooler then the DCCV is not letting the coolant thru. check the ohms reading on both sides of the DCCV solenoid, it should be 10-23 ohms. you can check it on the connector located on the fan shroud.
