I used search and have only been able to find stuff about painting interior pieces and different wood kits they have available for the Lincoln - nothing on actually identifying what came with these cars. I know a lot of you hate the wood dash kits, but I am looking into getting one. I was wondering how I can tell what style wood I have in my 03. Both my shift knob and wheel are wood. However, when I look at the kits, there are all kinds of different variations like walnut burl, rose wood, cabernet burl, dark walnut burl, etc. While most of the sites I'm looking at do offer pics, some of them look very similar. Is there any way to identify what style wood the car came with (a code somewhere like the interior color code) or did all 03's come with the same wood? Whats the deal? Thanks!
