I talked to a fellow LVC member about it yesterday. Decided to just go ahead and do it. I removed the "Lincoln LS" from the taillights. Like my LS didn't confuse people enough to what it is. Now, I remove the badging.

They came off easily too. I pulled them off with me fingers. No fishing line or anything. I guess all those years of being kept in the garage kept them from getting nasty. Little adhesive remover. Done.:) Like it.

Badges are evil anyways. :)

Theyre straight.....im not a big fan of oval tips.

I prefer the rounded off look a lot more.

took my badges off last week. much cleaner look. Now I just want to get red logos for my grille and license plate surround...but real embossed logos, not the flat stickers that they sell

I always thought the badges on the tail lights of the Gen1's looked out of place. The adhesive removal pads that they use at the hospital or doctors office work awesome for emblem removal.

Oval tips flows better with the look of the rear end. Plus round tips would drag, when I pulled in and out of my driveway.

hmm I was actually thinking about doing this but havent decided. thanks Rollin for the pics. I think I might go ahead with it.

BTW, Some Goo Gone solution will take off adhesives with a breeze. Without ruining paint. All it is basically is Citrus oil
