o-rings at the dealer are not very expensive at all.

I work in the oil industry the orings we use are way better that what was in the car. Here in Houston, no Ford Parts department or Lincoln Parts department would sell the oring off of a sending unit. I wasn't about to pay $600 for another sending unit either.

Sorry for asking this question...but what does the gauge kit do for the car? By replacing the schrader vavle and puiintg the gauge what does it do? I'm a noob so sorry for the stupid question,but I'll never know if I dont ask..lol
