My mechanic was replacing the timing assembly when he came across what he called a broken hydraulic switch/sensor for the cooling fan near the hydraulic pump. I needed to order the part and was trying to figure out the technical name. I have not had my car in months due to a timing chain tensioner failing causing chain problems as well. My car is a Lincoln LS 2000 3.9l V8.
