well i finally have all the stuff to finally convert the rear to springs.... the comp doesnt turn on. i get a instant check air ride messege. i forget what the connection looked like on the comp so im not sure if i could take it out and hook up some leads to test it.

there are 4 wires, red, black, white and blue, red and black are pos and beg to make the compressor run, white and blue are pos and neg to open the solenoid. if you take a battery and hook it to red and black you should hear the compressor run, touch pos to white wire, and neg to the blue white and listen for a click sound, if nothing its junk.

thanks alot ....if i have any probs i'll shoot ya a pm.

would be nice to sell it..

Just because the pump "turns on" doenst mean it's strong enough to jack up the car.
I've bench tested compressors that would run with 12V applied, but once installed didn't have enough "umph" to lift the car.

a clicking/working vent solenoid would be a plus though!!
