How to set the timing on a 01 LS V8??

Does anyone have the link to show me step by step how to time this car and set the chains?? DO i need to take the front cover off?

no offense intended or implied.

if you dont have documentation, asking for a step by step on a internet message board is only going to cost you more money and downtime.

Overhead cam motors are very very easy to screw up the cam timing....when you do that.. now you've created a boat anchor.
