My 2000 ls tranny fluid hose clip broke, I leaked transmission fluid everywhere, I've fixed the hose and now I can't figure out hou to replace the lost fluid,
can anyone help???

Okay, if you do just a little bit of searching on this site, you will find the do it yourself instructions for filling the transmission. Some people get really upset when someone tells them that the answer for there question is here and they just have to look for it. Even so, I am unwilling to do the ten minute search for you. Below is a link to the factory instructions for filling the transmission, but if you search here, you will find a slightly easier way to do it.

IS it possible to do it without the DEALER tools. I have access to a hobbyshop with a lift and a lot of tools here on the military base, But i ask, because i will be changing my solenoid soon and i will need to change my fluids.

I really dont think there is a Tranny fill on the LS. Just what ive been told.. I had a shop do mine along with the Torque Converter replacement I had all new fluids put in the tranny :P
