How to remove these screws under rear bumper??

I can't see well enough in the pictures, and I haven't paid any attention to those on either of mine. That said, my first guess would be torx.

I think they might be rivets. I drew a picture of what it kinda looks like. Have a look.

Just had a look on mine, flashlight and all, does look like a press in rivet, you may have to find a bit small enough that fits down the center hole and drill it out.

To remove the lower rear valance you need to remove the bumper. Those are rivets......
